I, too, have visited Auschwitz.
Nowhere in Auschwitz is it claimed such horror only happens to Jews. Nowhere is it asserted the camp has been preserved only as a warning to Jews.
#Auschwitz is a reminder of fascist evil meant for all humanity.

I should be surprised so many fail to see what he is (or see and endorse it), but I’m a sociologist and historian at heart, and while finding myself alarmed, I am not surprised in the least.
The last generation around to remind us what true fascism looks like has all but died off.
